Exchange policy
If for some reason you aren’t totally satisfied with your Sanzaa product because the item is either defective or damaged, then we will be happy to replace it for you. If you would like to exchange your product please send us an email at info@sanzaa.co.uk within 14 days and post your item to the address provided below.
Note: Returning charges are at your own expense. Your exchanged item will be sent back to you at no extra cost, which includes First Class Recorded Delivery.
Refunds
If you would like a refund for your Sanzaa product, we offer 14 days for you to get in touch and return your product to the address below. Sadly if those 14 days have passed unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange, so make sure you get in touch as soon as you can!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, remain in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
For our UK customers who receive free delivery – available for orders over £70 in total – you will receive a postage deduction of £5.95 if your order falls below the £70 benchmark due to a refund request.
If an item is returned and not in its original condition – the item is damaged or missing parts for any reason such as incorrect washing or mistreatment – this won’t be acceptable for a refund.
Please do note that we cannot refund you for the return delivery charges.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and delivered automatically, and the funds transferred to payment account provided.

SALE ITEMS POLICY:
All items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchange. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make any changes once a sale item has been processed. The policy applies to all discounted products, including those purchased during promotions or clearance.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting images so we can assist you.
