🌍 International Delivery

International delivery charges include payment processing and packaging (P&P) and vary depending on order value:

• Up to £10 — £10.00

• Up to £20 — £15.00

• Up to £40 — £25.00

• Up to £50 — £30.00

• Up to £70 — £40.00

• Above £70 — £50.00

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

🌍 Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If duties and taxes are not paid when requested by the courier or customs authority, the parcel may be delayed, held, or returned to sender. SANZAA is not responsible for customs-related delays or returned shipments.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, a refund will be issued for the items once the parcel is received back, excluding original shipping costs.

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to accept responsibility for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
